Shannon started her career in the event business while working at a country club in Kalamazoo, MI, which eventually lead to the corporate event registration industry for 10 years before striking out on her own. Gathering the best and the most agile team in the industry, together they have created a versatile and truly custom-built registration experience, combining groundbreaking technical event applications, maximizing data utilization and trusted professional customer support. When taking a break from event technology world domination, she can be found in the kitchen crafting Saturday night cocktails and working through a complete renovation of her house..

Michiel van de Poel
Michiel began his career in the broadcast business and then toured with various celebrities, including as an engineer on the Madonna Blond Ambition tour. He has produced countless international corporate shows as a specialized engineer and technical lead. Michiel has managed successful events for Hewlett Packard, Phillips, Microsoft, Etisalat, Facebook, Panasonic, Sony and many more. He is a great team motivator and gets the best out of his crew and equipment. Michiel has excellent communication skills, efficient processes, and thrives in achieving a perfect delivery time and time again.
